# Zapier

> Receive TIKT's leads in a Zap.

## 1. Create the hook in Zapier

1. Create a Zap. For the trigger, choose **Webhooks by Zapier**, then **Catch Hook**.
2. Continue to the trigger's test step: Zapier shows your webhook URL. Copy it.

## 2. Add the destination in TIKT

1. In TIKT, **Settings › Integrations › Add destination › Zapier**.
2. Paste the address. The events checked by default are `lead.created` and `lead.engaged_again`; keep **One request per event** (each request is one task in Zapier).
3. **Create destination**, copy the signing secret, then **Send test**.
4. Back in Zapier, **Test trigger**: the test event appears.

## 3. Use the lead

The fields are flattened in Zapier's editor: **Type**, **Data Lead Person Full Name**, **Data Lead Score**, **Data Lead Console URL**… (see [Objects](/webhooks/objects) for what each one means).

To act on some events only, add a **Filter by Zapier** step: *Type* — *(Text) Exactly matches* — `lead.created`.

## 4. Check where requests come from

In TIKT, under **More options › Headers**, add a header of your own — for example `X-Tikt-Key` with a long random value — and filter on it in the Zap. Keep the hook's address private: anyone who has it can send you requests.

## Only some leads

Every request is a Zapier task. To send only the leads that match your filters, create a [workflow](/webhooks/workflows) on the Leads page with a **Send webhook** action to this destination: the Zap receives one `lead.matched` per lead that matches, and no task is spent on the others.
