# Events

> Every event TIKT sends, what triggers it and what it carries.

TIKT sends 34 types of events. A destination listens to **All events** (including the ones added later) or to the types you pick. Two of them are never subscribed to: `webhook.test` goes to the destination you test, and `lead.matched` to the connection chosen by a [workflow](/webhooks/workflows).

| Event | When it is sent |
| - | - |
| [`lead.created`](/webhooks/events/leads) | A person who reacted to or commented on a post of a profile you track becomes a lead: it is sent when the lead gets its first score. |
| [`lead.rescored`](/webhooks/events/leads) | A lead is scored again and its score or fit band changes. A rescoring with the same result is not sent. |
| [`lead.engaged_again`](/webhooks/events/leads) | A lead who already has a score reacts to or comments on another post of a profile you track. |
| [`lead.status_changed`](/webhooks/events/leads) | A lead's status changes, for example when someone discards it in the console. |
| [`lead.matched`](/webhooks/events/leads) | A lead matches a workflow's filters for the first time. Sent once per lead and per workflow, for the workflow's whole life. *Not subscribable.* |
| [`list.lead_added`](/webhooks/events/lists) | A lead is added to a list, by hand or by a workflow. |
| [`list.lead_removed`](/webhooks/events/lists) | A lead is removed from a list. |
| [`list.created`](/webhooks/events/lists) | A list is created. |
| [`list.renamed`](/webhooks/events/lists) | A list is renamed. |
| [`list.deleted`](/webhooks/events/lists) | A list is deleted. Its leads stay in your workspace. |
| [`post.discovered`](/webhooks/events/posts) | TIKT finds a new post: during a cycle, when you add a post by hand, or when a newly tracked profile is first read. |
| [`post.harvested`](/webhooks/events/posts) | A harvest of a post finishes: the people who reacted or commented were read, scored and charged. |
| [`post.harvest_paused`](/webhooks/events/posts) | Harvesting a post is paused. |
| [`post.harvest_resumed`](/webhooks/events/posts) | Harvesting a post resumes. |
| [`post.closed`](/webhooks/events/posts) | TIKT stops following a post. |
| [`kol.added`](/webhooks/events/tracked-profiles) | A LinkedIn profile is tracked: added in the console, during onboarding, or with Track. |
| [`kol.ready`](/webhooks/events/tracked-profiles) | The first read of a tracked profile is done. |
| [`kol.updated`](/webhooks/events/tracked-profiles) | A tracked profile's relationship or label changes. |
| [`kol.paused`](/webhooks/events/tracked-profiles) | Scanning a tracked profile is paused; the profile stays tracked. |
| [`kol.resumed`](/webhooks/events/tracked-profiles) | Scanning a tracked profile resumes. |
| [`kol.archived`](/webhooks/events/tracked-profiles) | A profile is removed from tracking. |
| [`kol.restored`](/webhooks/events/tracked-profiles) | A removed profile is tracked again. |
| [`kol.followers_recorded`](/webhooks/events/tracked-profiles) | A tracked profile's follower count is recorded: once per profile and per day, paused profiles included. |
| [`icp.updated`](/webhooks/events/icp-and-exclusions) | A new version of your ideal customer profile becomes active. |
| [`blocklist.company_added`](/webhooks/events/icp-and-exclusions) | A company is excluded: its people are no longer turned into leads. |
| [`blocklist.company_removed`](/webhooks/events/icp-and-exclusions) | A company is no longer excluded. |
| [`credits.low`](/webhooks/events/workspace-and-credits) | The credits used cross 80%, then 90%, of the period's total. |
| [`credits.exhausted`](/webhooks/events/workspace-and-credits) | All the credits of the period are used: the agent stops collecting until you get more credits. |
| [`billing.period_closed`](/webhooks/events/workspace-and-credits) | A billing period ends. Sent once per period, within 4 hours of its end. |
| [`workspace.updated`](/webhooks/events/workspace-and-credits) | Your workspace's name, its score threshold or its automatic scoring changes. |
| [`cycle.completed`](/webhooks/events/cycles) | A run of the agent finishes: the posts were checked and, when there was something to collect, harvested. |
| [`cycle.failed`](/webhooks/events/cycles) | A run of the agent could not finish. |
| [`webhook.test`](/webhooks/events/destinations) | The **Test** button of a destination. Sent right away, to that destination only. *Not subscribable.* |
| [`webhook.endpoint_disabled`](/webhooks/events/destinations) | TIKT turns a destination off: it failed for 3 days in a row, or answered `410 Gone`. |

Each family has its own page, with what every field means and a complete example. The objects they carry are described in [Objects](/webhooks/objects).

## Coming later

These names are reserved and not sent yet.

| Event | When it will be sent |
| - | - |
| `quote.ready` | A quote for a post you add by hand is ready (with the API). |
| `harvest_request.completed` | A harvest you asked for is done (with the API). |
| `harvest_request.failed` | A harvest you asked for failed (with the API). |
| `kol.preview_ready` | The preview of a profile is ready (with the API). |
| `lead.contact_found` | An email or phone number was found for a lead. |

`lead.feedback_given`, `credits.granted` and `billing.period_renewed` are also reserved. New events are added without a new API version: ignore the types you don't know (see [Versioning](/webhooks/versioning)).
