# ICP and exclusion events

> A new version of your ideal customer profile, and the companies you exclude.

Every event arrives in the same [envelope](/webhooks#the-envelope): only `data` changes. The examples are fictional, and indented here for reading; the request body is compact JSON.

## icp.updated

A new version of your ideal customer profile becomes active.

**Data:** `icp` ([ICP](/webhooks/objects#icp)) and `previous_version_id` (`null` for the first version).

  The ICP carries what changes a score. Your excluded companies are counted there; each one is sent as a `blocklist.*` event.

## blocklist.company\_added

A company is excluded: its people are no longer turned into leads.

**Data:** `company` (`{name, linkedin_company_id, linkedin_url, domain}`), `reason` and `added_at`. `reason`: `self`, `affiliated`, `customer`, `competitor`, `manual` or `csv_import`.

## blocklist.company\_removed

A company is no longer excluded.
