# Filters

> Destinations send every event they listen to. To send only some leads, use a workflow.

**A destination doesn't filter leads.** It sends every event it listens to, for every lead: if it listens to `lead.created`, it receives each new lead, whatever its score.

To send **only some leads** — a score of 4 or more, a job role that matches, people who commented at least twice — create a **workflow** on the Leads page. A workflow is the one place where you choose leads:

| Filter | What it keeps |
| - | - |
| **Score** | Leads with at least this score, from 1 to 5. |
| **Each ICP criterion** | **Any**, **Met** or **Not met** — job role, location, company type, company size, industry. A criterion the scoring couldn't decide is neither met nor not met. |
| **Engaged by** | **Reactions and comments**, **Reactions** only, or **Comments** only. |
| **At least** | A number of engagements of the chosen kind on your tracked profiles' posts. Comments on their own posts never count. |
| **Tracked profiles** | Only people who engaged with the posts of these profiles. |

The filters are checked on the lead **as it is** when it is scored, and each time it comes back. When a lead matches for the first time, the workflow can add it to a list, notify you, and send it to one of your destinations as a [`lead.matched`](/webhooks/events/leads) event.

See [Workflows](/webhooks/workflows) for how they run.
